Exploring ways to shift perspectives and engage across viewpoints in the arenas of everyday life

Every human is like every other human, like some other humans, and like no other human. How do we navigate this ambiguity in our interactions? And how can we engage with polarising opinions openly, even finding value in different perspectives through conversations? Can we, together, put weight behind anti-polarisation?

We’ll explore these questions with two guest speakers who tackle ambiguity from different angles. On a societal level, we’ll challenge our own openness. On a business level, we’ll discuss practical ways to navigate polarisation. Our Co-CEO, Louise Vang Jensen, will share IIAB’s perspective on how humanising business and collaboration through design can help bridge divides.

This talk is about making space for reflection on how we engage with opposing views in our work, communities, and daily lives. We hope to spark new conversations, create space for reflection, and share practical tools for practising democracy—whether in a workshop or at a dinner party.
